What Pilvi collects, and how you stay in control.

Understand what Pilvi collects, how Ricky works, where your data goes, and how you control it.

The short version

Pilvi uses your data to power your private journal, personal insights, reports, and Ricky conversations. We do not sell your personal data. You can export or delete your account and data from Settings.

What Pilvi collects

Account data

Required

Email address, authentication identifier, display name.

To sign you in and keep your data separate from other users.

Cannabis logs

Only if you log
What
Method, amount, time, mood, optional notes, optional strain/product, optional price.
Why
To show your personal patterns over time.

Edit or delete individual logs from Logs / Timeline.

Mood, sleep and reflection data

Optional
What
Ratings and short notes from baselines, check-ins, evening reports, and goals.
Why
To connect how you feel to what you consume.
Control
Delete individual entries; delete all with account deletion.

Ricky conversations

Only if you use Ricky
What
Messages you send to Ricky and the context Ricky needs to respond.
Why
To provide personalized AI-assisted responses.
Control
Clear conversation and memory from Settings → Privacy.

Payment / subscription data

Only if you subscribe
What
Plan status, Stripe customer/subscription ID, receipts.
Why
To activate Premium and process billing.
Control
Manage or cancel from Settings → Subscription.

Referral data

Optional

Your referral code, who clicked it, and which referrals converted.
Why
To attribute rewards for paying friends you refer.

Analytics / app usage

Anonymous counters and enums about which screens and features are used.
Why
To understand which features help people and where the app breaks.

Feedback and complaints

Is Ricky AI?

Yes. Ricky is AI-assisted. Ricky uses information you provide in Pilvi — your logs, preferences, and conversation context — to help answer questions and reflect on your patterns.

  • · Ricky is not a doctor, lawyer, or emergency service.
  • · Ricky can make mistakes and may be incomplete or wrong.
  • · Ricky does not replace medical, legal, or safety advice.
  • · Ricky should not encourage illegal activity or unsafe use.
  • · Please don't enter information you're not comfortable storing.

Some Ricky responses are processed through third-party AI infrastructure (via the Lovable AI Gateway). Pilvi is designed to send only the information needed to provide the feature — never your account email, payment details, or identity.

Where does my information go?

Pilvi database (Supabase, EU region)

Stores your account and all data you create in Pilvi.

Shared: Everything you enter in the app.

Not shared: Nothing crosses your account — row-level security scopes reads to you.

Lovable AI Gateway (Ricky)

Routes Ricky requests to an underlying large-language-model provider so Ricky can reply.

Shared: Your Ricky message and the context needed to respond.

Not shared: Account email, payment details, identity, or unrelated logs are not attached.

Stripe

Handles Premium checkout and subscription billing.

Shared: Billing identifier, email, and plan.

Not shared: Cannabis logs, mood data, notes, Ricky chats, or photos.

Email delivery provider

Sends authentication and optional product emails.

Shared: Your email address and the message content.

Not shared: Your journal, ratings, or Ricky conversations.

Cloudflare Workers

Runs the Pilvi app and serves pages from the edge.

Shared: Request metadata (IP, user agent) needed to serve requests.

Not shared: Your journal or Ricky content is not persisted by Cloudflare.

Delete or export your data

Both are self-serve in the app. Export downloads a JSON of your profile, sessions, check-ins, goals, and Ricky messages. Delete removes your account and personal data (see the Account Deletion Policy for what's retained by law).
