Pilvi Premium unlocks the full set of premium features described on the pricing page. The current price is €5 per month.
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends and you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Billing cycle
After the trial, Premium is billed monthly on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable EU VAT at checkout.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will notify you in advance of any price change and give you the option to cancel before the change takes effect.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription or by emailing hello@cannahealth.dev. You keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
Manual (MobilePay) payments
Manual payments cover a fixed period stated at the time of activation and do not auto-renew.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we will retry and email you. Premium access may be paused until the payment succeeds.
Taxes
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, calculated based on your billing country.
