Pilvi Premium unlocks the full set of premium features described on the pricing page.
Early access pricing:
- Users 1–30 receive free lifetime Premium as founding testers. No payment is required and no Stripe checkout is initiated.
- Users 31–500 can lock in Pilvi Premium at €5/month forever while their subscription remains active. The €5 early supporter slot is only claimed after a successful Stripe checkout and an active subscription — opening checkout or an abandoned/failed payment does not consume a slot.
- After the first 500 supporter spots are filled, Premium is €9.99/month for new users.
"Forever" means while subscribed
The €5/month rate applies for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, you lose Premium access and the early supporter rate is retired — it typically cannot be reclaimed unless manually restored by an admin.
Billing cycle
Premium is billed monthly on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable EU VAT at checkout.
Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan. We will notify you in advance of any price change and give you the option to cancel before the change takes effect. Existing €5 early supporters are not affected by changes to the standard price so long as their subscription stays active.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription or by emailing support@cannahealth.dev. You keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we will retry and email you. Premium access may be paused until the payment succeeds, and the subscription may be cancelled after repeated failures.
Taxes
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, calculated based on your billing country.
