How to delete
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and personal data are permanently removed immediately.
What is deleted
- Your profile, session logs, session photos, follow-ups, baselines, weekly and monthly check-ins, evening reports, tolerance-break records, personal goals, saved products, Ricky messages and memory, feedback, notification preferences, and consent records.
- Your subscription is cancelled; you will not be billed further.
- Your authentication account is removed so the email can be used to register again from scratch.
What may be retained
- Minimal transaction and invoicing records required by Finnish tax and accounting law (currently 6 years after the end of the accounting period).
- Aggregated / anonymised statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Data required to defend or bring legal claims for the applicable limitation period.
Timing
Deletion of live records is immediate; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
