EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Pilvi Premium is delivered as a digital service that starts immediately, you will be asked to give explicit consent at checkout to begin the service during the withdrawal period and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has fully started. If you do not consent, Premium will only begin after the 14-day period ends.
Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling Premium stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Early supporter pricing
Users who claimed the €5/month early supporter rate keep that rate only while their subscription remains active. If you cancel, the early supporter rate is retired and typically cannot be reclaimed unless manually restored by an admin.
Discretionary refunds
Outside the withdrawal period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, duplicate charges or a serious defect in the service. Contact support@cannahealth.dev within 30 days of the charge.
