Refund Policy (Premium)

When refunds are available for Pilvi Premium.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Pilvi Premium is delivered as a digital service that starts immediately, you will be asked to give explicit consent at checkout to begin the service during the withdrawal period and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has fully started. If you do not consent, Premium will only begin after the 14-day period ends.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial before the first charge. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings → Manage subscription without being charged.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the withdrawal period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, duplicate charges or a serious defect in the service. Contact hello@cannahealth.dev within 30 days of the charge.

Manual (MobilePay) payments

Refunds for manual payments are processed back to the same MobilePay number after admin review.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling Premium stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.
